Review of Fiscal 2009 Results
Consolidated net sales amounted to ¥24.1 billion, a decrease of 2.9% over the previous year.
The lower sales mainly reflected lower sales at Synform Co., Ltd.
The segment recorded operating income of ¥0.5 billion (compared to a loss of ¥0.3 billion in the previous year). This was due to lower expenses related to the discontinuation of the Benesse Channel business.
