Appointed Assistant Judge of the Tokyo District Court in 1973. He has been an Attorney at Law since qualifying in 1980. Additionally, he was appointed Chairman of the Okayama Local Bar Association in 2002, as well as Secretary General of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations the same year. Mr. Wada has been a Corporate Auditor at Benesse since 2003 and was appointed Corporate Auditor of Benesse Corporation in October 2009.
