Benesse Style Care Co., Ltd. opened Rokasuifutei in June 2010 on the site of a traditional Japanese house built in 1934 in an effort to respond to diversifying needs. Wheelchair-bounds residents are also able to move around as freely as possible, with safety and security of all spaces a key design feature.
